Gregory Boan

Principal Attorney

Gregory E. Boan, Esq. is a Miami native, speaking Spanish and English fluently, and maintains his proficiency in Portuguese. Having earned three bachelors and a master’s degree from The Florida State University and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center. Mr. Boan graduated Dean’s List as a Broward County Hispanic Bar Association Scholar, Nova Law Public Service Fellow, Glanzlaw Professionalism Endowment Recipient, and Nova Law Pro Bono Honoree: Gold Level Recipient and is currently a 2018-2020 Fellow of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section.

Mr. Boan has extensive experience in business and immigration law, representing clients and businesses alike both inside the U.S. or abroad in filing visas based on talent, investment, or employment history, establishment of a new U.S. affiliate of a foreign company, transfer of an executive or manager, adjustment of status, change of status, permission to reapply for admission into the U.S., cancellation of removal, asylum, naturalization, Board of Immigration Appeals, claims before the Department of Business & Professional Regulation, and much more.

Experienced as both a litigator and a transactional attorney, Mr. Boan is constantly abreast of changing laws within the business and immigration communities and how governmental affairs can affect outcomes in the courtroom or in your immigration process. Having previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert W. Lee of Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, and as legal clerk to the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Attorney’s Office, Mr. Boan is well versed in governmental procedures and administrative laws. Mr. Boan has received honorable mention for his writing and research on points of civil and criminal law, professional ethics, LGBT issues, and the Florida Small Claims Rules Annotated. Mr. Boan has worked in the Republic of Panama with the United Nations on issues of economy, health, rights to land, and litigated and advised on policies including procurement, tax, public arts, voting, real estate development, and land use in the State of Florida.

Mr. Boan is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Ysset Boan

Working in the public relations industry for over 10 years, Ms. Ysset Boan brings a wealth of experience to G.E.B GLOBAL as our Media Relations Manager. From her humble beginnings as a publicist for a local automated menu company to organizing an international celebrity guest gala for the Miami Symphony and organizing both logistics and media for the largest food & wine trade show in the U.S., Ms. Boan has worked in an array of public relation roles that have garnered her strong relationships with international chefs, artists, athletes, and entrepreneurs across the world.

Born and raised in the international city that is Miami, Ms. Boan is proud of her Caribbean heritage and loves working with our clients across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa who are looking to share their own stories here in the United States. Additionally, as Ms. Boan is fluent in both English and Spanish, she is happy to assist our clients in accessing various media outlets such as NBC, Deco Drive, and CNN Español to name a few. Ms. Boan’s ties to the media have allowed our clients’ businesses to grow through the years, and she strongly believes that the American Dream is attainable for all.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Leonardo Jesus has faced challenges from the start that have not only shaped his professional journey but have helped him achieve his American dream as a result of hard work, patience, and creativity.

With exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese and English, Mr. Jesus first started his professional journey in business administration and, along the away, has worked in tourism management, international trade, marketing, and sales.

Whether working at the largest telecommunications company in Brazil or the busiest travel agency in South America, Mr. Jesus has always maintained that there is only one way to achieve success; and that is to treat everyone as you would like to be treated.

Following a very successful hospitality internship program in the U.S., Mr. Jesus was honored with “The Star of Service Award” for consistently going above and beyond in the name of customer service.

It was for all those reasons that in July of 2019, Mr. Jesus was invited by Mr. Boan to join the GEB GLOBAL team in expanding its services to the Brazilian community both within the US and abroad.
